St Gregory’s 2 - 1 Preston Manor
On Monday 8th October our talented Year 8 football team beat Preston Manor 2-1 and have advanced to the next round of the Middlesex Cup.
Ellie Murphy 8H and Leah McGinley 8B joined the boys’ team as we had a number of injuries in the squad. Leah McGinley 8B scored twice to give us the victory and on both occasions was set up by her brother Shay 8A - amazing!!!
As always our students were outstanding and represented the school exceptionally well.

The Mayor of London, Sadiq Khan, has celebrated the outstanding performance of St Gregory’s Catholic Science College in Brent with an awards ceremony.
Every year, London children are invited to take part in the Mayor of London's Christmas card competition.
This year The Mayor received over 1,000 entries from schools across London, including several from St. Gregory’s.
The exceptional performance of St. Gregory’s Catholic Science College has been honoured by the Mayor of London, Sadiq Khan.
A team of 13-15 year olds from St Gregory’s Catholic Science College has won the RHS School Gardening Team of the Year Award.

Year 11 and Sixth Form students have achieved stunning results this summer.
Rt. Hon. Nick Gibb MP wrote to St. Gregory’s in March 2017 to congratulate us on the very high standard of entry and achievement in the English Baccalaureate.
St Gregory’s Catholic Science College has been successful in securing the EQualities Award for the second time.
Sam Gyimah, Parliamentary Under Secretary of State for Childcare and Education, wrote to St. Gregory’s in February 2016 to congratulate us on winning a prestigious Pupil Premium Award.
